We are wrapping up 2023, working hard to implement our new systems. Why? Because we want to give you the best experience when you contact us. With this update, we are changing the process you'll use for creating support cases.
Here are a few things you should know if you need to contact our support team:
Our new chat feature is now available!
Chat with support to get quick help. This feature is now live and ready to support our Podio customers! Try it out here.
Case creation is now through chat.
Chat with our team and if needed, they will create a case for your issue. You will no longer create a case via the webform on https://support.citrix.com/cscase/ams/podio/.
Starting December 27, 2023, you'll get a brand new, integrated support experience! The new help center will have knowledge articles, community posts, a personalized chatbot, and the ability to login with your Podio credentials. For the first time, you'll be able to manage cases from the help center and comment to provide updates.
The Podio help center and community will fully transition into the new experience that lives on ShareFile.com in mid-January.
